-This is one of the most important videos I've seen yet. This message is crucial.

I can personally attest to the negative consequences of excessive internet pornography as well as the amazing benefits that come from dropping it all together. This talk breaks down the science more clearly (and enjoyably) than anything else I've found yet. If you watch porn, have a partner who watches or have kids of any ages, I highly recommend this video.

This is a fantastic message that spoke directly to my heart. It's amazing how much power comes from accepting and telling your story and how much pain comes from ignoring and hiding it.

Sex education varies widely between school districts, leaving many teens without comprehensive information. We made a video that covers what some schools are too embarrassed to teach.
-This video is kind of long but sooooooo worth it! 

What really causes addiction - to everything from cocaine to smart-phones? And how can we overcome it? Johann Hari has seen our current methods fail firsthand, as he has watched loved ones struggle to manage their addictions. He started to wonder why we treat addicts the way we do - and if there might be a better way.

- This is a great documentary that looks at how we treat addicts and those in recovery in this country. It focuses mainly on those who use substances, but it has a great message for all of us.

-I'm still not sure how I feel about the whole God thing, but this is a good message on beauty and boundaries, one that could have done me a lot of good years ago. An interesting talk from an unexpected source.

Dr. Maté is a renowned author of books and columnist known for his knowledge about attention deficit disorder, stress, chronic illness and parental relations. His theme at TEDxRio+20 was addiction -- from drugs to power.

- College Humor takes on a classic fairy tale and gives it a modern day twist. If this is the view from today's "dating" landscape, I think I'll just stay home hahaha!
